Bouquet Ideas

I want my bouquet to be a mix of raspberry, tangerine and green color. I'm meeting with my florist in Dec/Jan to discuss what flowers to use.

Charms

I will have these charms incorporated somehow into my bouquet. The trumpet is for my fiance, a classically trained trumpet player. There will also be three 'hello kitty' crystal charms for our two cats, as well as for our kitten, who passed away at 8 months from FIP.

Bridesmaids

Since all the girls are wearing raspberry dresses, I want their flowers to be predominately orange, with hints of raspberry and green. My sister's favorite flowers are stargazer lilies, so I'm thinking of incorporating those into her bouquet somehow. I also like the idea of reversing the colors for the MOH and Bridesmaids.

Flowergirls

Like so many other brides-to-be, I always imagined my flowergirls would walk down the aisle with a basket of rose petals, gently tossing them for my grand entrance. Yeah...that's not gonna happen. Last summer, I bought my sisters a children's book about being a flowergirl (I am a first grade teacher, afterall). Included with the book were some fake rose petals for the future flowergirl to practice with. The younger one wasn't even interested in the book, let alone practice. The older one listen to me read the book but practice consisited of either hurling the flower petals or placing them one by one on the ground. It was that afternoon that I decided they were going to carry flower pomadors.

Boutonnieres

Moms & Grandmoms

My Mom loves when they put the colored thinestones inside stephanotises and found two pictures of corsages she liked. She suggested we do rhinestones to match each woman's dress.
